Available at: NARS Cosmetics, Nordstrom & Sephora.

I am in love with this limited edition shade from NARS Cosmetics. It’s a beautiful and wearable brick-red, that could suit cool and warm, as well as light and dark skin tones. The formula is thin, lightweight and yet opaque in one coat. The lipstick is tasteless and has a faint spicy scent.

This particular shade wore between 4 to 5 hours before needing reapplication. It felt slightly moisturizing and did not pronounce lip imperfections. It also contains gold micro-shimmer, which is barely noticeable once applied.

I think this shade is incredibly versatile, particularly during the holiday season, and is suitable for special occasions and everyday wear.

Rating:

5/5 Red Frogs

Are you a fan of red lipstick? Will you be picking up this holiday lipstick?

I’m even considering purchasing a spare.
